Don't Avoid the Necessary
My goodness, most of us are such good communicators and yet we so totally avoid actually speaking and presenting in front of groups. People need and want to know what you know. How else will they learn and grow. Share yourself and share your knowledge through presenting. Want to know more and how to remove the terror?
